By accessing or using the Muyal.ai platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Description of Services
Muyal.ai provides a transformation intelligence platform powered by the AI Transformation Intelligence Framework (AI-TIF), including maturity assessments, peer benchmarking, and AI agent capabilities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to violate any applicable law, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the service in any manner that could harm Muyal.ai or other users.
Intellectual Property
The AI-TIF framework, Muyal platform software, and all related content are the intellectual property of Muyal.ai, Inc. Your assessment data remains your property. We receive a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muyal.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
